Why didn't I get the validation e-mail?

After I signed up, I waited and waited and didn't get any confirmation/validation e-mail to confirm my account. Now, I can't get it. What should I do?

Resend and check your spam/junk email folder

There could be a number or reasons why this is happening:

  1. The email that you provided with your account was incorrect. If that is the case, I suggest you open a new account with the right email address.
  2. The email arrived at your junk/spam folder. Some of those automated messages coming from community websites like INCKU are blocked by some mail providers. Ask for INCKU to resend you your password and check both your inbox and your spam/junk folder to see if it there.
