Salad bars and cheese delis in Tainan

It might be a stupid question and far-fetched when it comes to Tainan, but I've been surprised before, so - maybe...

1. Are there any good restaurants in Tainan serving decent salads? Green Olive is a good start (if they would only skip all that oil), know of anything else?
2. Are there any places - delis, supermarkets - where I can get some good cheese (not just cream or yellow cheese for toasts)? I've recently found a new section in RT-mart with 4 basic types, and now I'm hungry for more...
