Register for INCKU surveys

i try to log-in to the limesurvey site via incku. but then it said something about getting password/login from the administrator.
Do i need in to register somewhere before trying to log-in to the site?

Need to request a username

The survey and INCKU userbase aren't synced. There's no way that I know of to do that. So, in order to use the INCKU survey you need to let me know that you need an account by using the contact form on this site:
http://www.incku.com/contact
