I want to know is private room.. so i can invite our group and discuss about each other?

Private messages and private chatrooms
If private messages is what you're looking for - you can send private messages using "/msg" or clicking on the username from the right sidebar in the public chatrooms.
But you're talking about private chat-rooms. How that would be implemented is a bit difficult for me to picture. How would you want to allow or disallow people to come in and see the messages? what would private mean?
What I think I can quite easily do is allow anybody to create a chatroom and control what happens inside by moderating (kick/ban etc.). When you're done with your chatroom, you can close it and archive so others will not be able to see what went on inside. Would that be okay?

Exactly, that what I want... For my experience of mIRC chat room, there will be private chat room. Let say, when you enter the chat room, you enter to the main chat room. So there will be no topic and everbody say hello, hi and how are you... Sometime, the moderator post the topic and discuss among. But some are not interest about that topic and the user can create private chat room and /invite (username) so can invite from the main chat room. At the main chat room, everbody can access the message, for the private chat room when u leave the room, u can't access the message. Some private room can set up password.
