Payment for National Health Insurance for this semester --NCKU ISAD

Dear all:

     This is NCKU ISAD, to inform you the payment of National Health Insurance (NHI) for this semester.

     To apply NHI in the school, you will have to pay by semester, and you can know the fee you have to pay for this semester from the following table.

     New applicants for National Health Insurance

    For those who has already have NHI; you used to pay your NHI fee in your former school, and you are going to have the NHI from NCKU, you will have to pay NTD 3954 (659*6) for this semester.

    Please pay the money on the following two assigned days, December 13^th (Thursday) and December 14^th (Friday) in Cashier’s Division (1^st floor, Yu-Ping Building). Please print out the attached sheet, and bring the sheet to the cashier’s Division to pay. Please make sure to pay in these two days.
