i have to say thank you to the owner of this website as this is the only precious english news source i can find to up date my self.
as a active people, we want to know hottest, latest info. unfortunatly, all posters in this NCKU are in chinese. how can i know what are happening and what is going to happen?
so, does anyone know any other english news soureces?can you post or share with us?
in your opinion, owner, who should i complaint this thing with?

Eh... maybe talk to the Executive VP
Hmm...
I think the executive VP, who's been working with me to promote NCKU English based information, is the man to talk to - Prof. Feng Da H. Other than him , I would suggest talking to your school's dean so maybe at least the school will do something about that.
In the meanwhile, you're welcome to share what ever you have here, and hopefully - others will do the same.
