Test of Proficiency-Huayu - TOP

親愛的考生您好：

感謝您一直以來對於華語文能力測驗（Test Of Proficiency-Huayu）的支持，本測驗將在5月3日舉行今年度的第一次正式考試，報名時間從3月17日起到4月11日止。報名方式有以下兩種：

一、現場報名：至考試中心或推廣中心繳交報名表、護照或居留證影本與測驗費用現金。

二、通訊報名：考生匯款至本會指定帳號，連同報名表、護照或居留證影本及匯款收據影本（匯款帳號：19811726，戶名：國立台灣師範大學）寄至華測會郵政信箱：10699台北郵局第7－400號信箱。

今年度華語文能力測驗全面採紙筆測驗方式進行，基礎及初中高四等測驗費用均為新台幣1,000元整。為獎勵測驗成績優秀考生，本會將針對各等測驗前三名優秀考生頒發獎金，而報名參加測驗的考生也有機會抽中線上華語課程。

為服務廣大之考生，本會在北、中、南三區皆設有考場，分別為：台北國立台灣師範大學、台北淡江大學成人教育部、台北天主教輔仁大學、台中逢甲大學、台南南台科技大學以及高雄文藻外語學院，以便考生能夠就近赴考。

Dear test takers,

Thank you for supporting Test of Proficiency-Huayu（TOP）. Please be notified that the first formal test of 2008 will be administered on May 3. The registration begins from March 17 to April 11. Test takers may register by one of the following ways:

1. In person: Please go to the testing centers or promotion centers to hand in the registration form, the photocopy of your passport or ARC, and the test fee.

2. By mail: Please transfer the test fee to the account number 19811726 (the title is "National Taiwan Normal University") ,and then send back the registration form, the photocopy of payment receipt and your passport or ARC to SC-TOP mail box：P.O.BOX 7－400 Taipei, Taipei City 10699, Taiwan（R.O.C.）.

TOP is a paper-based test. The test fee for each level (i.e., For Beginners, Basic, Intermediate, and Advanced) is NT$1,000. To encourage the learning of Huayu, SC-TOP will award the top 3 test takers at each level a money prize. In addition, all the test takers may win a chance to get a free on-line Huayu course.

For the convenience of the test takers, SC-TOP now has testing centers located in the northern, central, and southern parts of Taiwan, including National Taiwan Normal University (Taipei), Division of Continuing Education at Tamkang University (Taipei), Fu Jen Catholic University (Taipei), Feng Chia University (Taichung), Southern Taiwan University of Technology (Tainan), and Wenzao Ursuline College of Languages (Kaohsiung).
