5th NCKU Internationalization Meeting

To Whom It May Concern,

You are formally invited to the next National Chen Kung University Internationalization Meeting, hosted by the Model United Nations Club (MUN). My name is Kevin Yen, a first year medical student at NCKU and member of MUN, and I will be your host for the next meeting. MUN is a club that stimulates the real United Nations. Members act as delegates of different countries to discuss, debate, and ultimately come up with solutions to real-world problems.

This purpose of the internationalization meeting will be to review proposals for ideas that can help further globalize NCKU. These meetings, which are attended by many different club representatives and teachers, are opportunities to promote your ideas. At these meetings, you will find group discussion, feedback, and advice.

Our agenda will involve a 10-minute introduction, followed by new proposals that are 15 minutes long each. These 15 minutes will be divided into proposal presentation and discussion.

Please submit your proposals by February 28. Proposals in the past have usually been a mix of short PowerPoint slides and oral presentation. It should include your organization's name and a short summary of your ideas. Your proposals are very important to this meeting and we encourage your participation. Please send them to epicist@gmail.com.

You can use either English or Chinese to write your proposal, though English is encouraged. DO NOT WORRY about your English ability. It is the idea that counts.

This meeting will take place on Saturday, March 1 from 1:00 am to 3:00 pm. It will be held in Room 62201 on the second floor of the College of Management (管理學院) building located on the Kuang Fu (光復校區) campus. Take the first flight of stairs near the entrance of the building, and the room is to the left of the IMBA Administration Office.
