The College of Planning and Design, National Cheng Kung University has established a tradition of hosting an international conference bi-annually to exchange ideas and knowledge in planning and design. The 5th International Conference on Planning and Design (ICPD) will be hosted on May 25-29, 2009, in Tainan, Taiwan. The scholars, experts, professionals, and members of organizations who are interested in our topics are all invited to attend the conference.
