  Hello!

  I'm coming to NCKU in December for the winter intensive Chinese course. I'm looking to rent/share an apartment from about the 20th December 2008 - the end of February 2009.

  This is a bright, nice-sized flat for a single person, located in the east district, Dong-Fong Rd.
  Fridge, air conditioner, double bed, table, shelf, and facility for internet are provided in this flat. There is an elevator to take you to this 3rd floor flat and a maintenance man for the building with NT$500 fee per month.
  The rental is NT$3,900/M.
