I've been looking for mexican food here in Tainan since I got here...and actually had found this one on BBS but it didn't mention it was a roadside stall so I didn't find it before (on a rainy evening when it was probalby closed).
They do a good job on the food, especially considering it's the only full-on Mexican food option here in Tainan (besides making it yourself...but even that I haven't been able to do because I can't find a place that sells ie corn chips etc).
Suffice it to say my nacho craving has finally been satisfied ^^
