This feature is a bit too advanced...

I'm afraid. It's suppose to allow users to create their own portal out of what's available on the site, configure how their main page looks, but after implementing it I figured this is for really really advanced users and that doing it will actually confuse the already-confused users even more.

I'll put that on-hold for now, till things stabilize.
