You will not be able to upload anything bigger than that, although it would usually not time out but actually tell you that.

Server space is limited, I'm afraid.

One more thing - please do not upload copyrighted articles to the site. I don't want to get in trouble. Those, if you must, can be uploaded to other platforms with a link on this site.
