There are some important matters about the school enrollment you'd better know.
These matters are related with your scholarship, so please be patient to read them.

1. Payment
* 1st stage: Aug. 13~Sept. 8 (including NHI fee, school insurance fee, oral materials fee for undergraduate students)
* 2nd stage: Oct. 29~Nov. 16 (including credit fees, miscellaneous fee, tuition fees, school dorm fee, and others)
a) Remember to get your bill from your department/institute to pay at a 7-11 or the appointed bank. You may also download the bill on your own.

* In this semester, please save some money each month to pay the school at the appointed time. No excuse to say no money to pay for it.
If you don't pay the fee on time, it means that it is incomplete to enroll the school, and besides, it may let you drop out the school.

2. Study Certificate
* Starting from the 2008-2009 academic year, the school will not provide the enrollment stamp on the back of the student card any more.
Students can go to the Registrar Office to apply for the study certificate. However, please remember that if the school doesn't receive record of the payment,
they will not give you any proof of enrollment at NCKU.

3. National Health Insurance
* Accroding to the official paper from the government, they said that all TWN scholarship students need to have the insurance at school from this new semester.
That is, the school will deduct the NHI fee from your scholarship every semester.
Thus, please give us your copy of the NHI card when you submit the documents to renew the scholarship.
* Reminder: Please submit the documents in the beginning of the semester to renew the scholarship.
(1) the copy of the renewed student ID card/ study certificate
(2) the copy of the renewed ARC
(3) the transcript

4. As for the students who will be graduated from the school this August, please remember that your scholarship will stop soon (until this August).
If you still stay at the school in the following semester, you need to pay the school fee by your own.
