International House Rental Information

Dear all:

NCKU International House, situated on the corner of Sheng-Li Road and Ta-Hsueh Road, will be completed around the end of August. Beginning in June, both Undergraduate and Graduate students may reserve their spot online for a September move-in. Some vacancies are independently contracted for International Students (Both incoming and current students). The related information (including detailed introduction, contract and regulations) and Scholarship Policy about accommodations will be posted on OIA's website shortly. The reservation website system is to be updated for international students to use later on by the contracted vendor.                                                   

Here is some brief information about International House:

1.          Dorms are currently unavailable to families or couples.

2.          If you sign up for a double occupancy without indicating a roommate, you will be paired with another student electronically.

3.          There is a kitchenette located on the top floor.

4.          Each room comes with a bed, desk, chair, closet, refrigerator, air-conditioner, and restroom.

5.          Rates Chart:

(A)  Room Rates: Single 6500NT/mo; Double 3900NT/mo.

(B)   Utilities: Electricity in the room (including AC usage and air-conditioner) and kitchen via a prepaid storage card

(C)  Water & Internet: FREE

(D)  Telephone & Cable TV: Apply and pay on your own

(E)   Deposits: One months' rent reserves your spot; a two-month refundable deposit is required at move-in. (at least one year contract)
